20th anniversary of “Cockle Rock”.
We appeared live at The Grand, Leigh on Sea most Saturdays until the early nineties, later picking up numerous other gigs such as at the Palace Theatre bar, Westcliff.

Should occasion demand, we can draw from a pool of highly talented, eminent local musicians to guest with us.
We never originally set out to be a folk band but we have played at numerous venues on the folk scene and are listed in efn. We have, over the years, developed a more diverse repertoire, which not only reflects our individual musical specialities, but also helps to create a good tight sound. Our sets also include more recent material.
Our main aim is for our audiences to have a brilliant night (or day as the case may be), and we adapt our material accordingly. In case we have not mentioned this before, we have now been doing this successfully for twenty years.
Our CD “ A Load of Old Cockles”
was recorded at Joe & Co. Dean Street,
and is available from the band at £6.
