Please read the following before you ask for your invitation:
1- Cost: Jem and Claudine wish to celebrate the summer with their friends and want to keep the cost of it to a minimum.
Therefore,
help with running the day is ESSENTIAL.
At present, we have enough help with the sound system and the food. We've also got someone in mind to run the raffle and 2 bouncers (!!!). We need somebody(s) to sell the drinks and general help throughout the day. Plus we would like to know if there is (a) first aider(s) amongst us.
2- How to get there: the local Tesco offers 24 hour secure car parking at close distance. The station is literally opposite the Hall and the bus stops in front of it.
3- Camping: Jem is organising camping for a maximum of 15 tents. It will cost you £2 per person ( profits to National Trust and FaB Club) and
you need to let us know
by 15th June
whether you wish to camp or not.
4- Drinks: Jem will be selling real ale and soft drinks on the day but if you want to drink anything else you need to bring your own.
5- Food: We will be selling cakes and rolls but you need to bring your own meat and salads for the barbecue. Be prepared to share your food too!
6- Programme: The above programme is an outline of what Jem and Claudine wish to organise at the moment and the website will be updated regularly with new acts. According to the response we get, we might be able to organise workshops and there will definitely be a giant raffle!
7- Bouncy Castle: It is a family party so Jem has decided we should have a bouncy castle for the kids!... Guess who's the happy French woman?
8- Invitations: As we want to keep this event a fun party, we need to know how many guests will be on the ground so please remember to
tell Jem or Claudine
to give you an invitation
by the 15th June
(in writing or make sure we write it down)
Otherwise we cannot guarantee
we will be able to let you in.
